Will this really replace Mailchimp, Squarespace, and Eventbrite?
Yes — and probably Canva and your Google Drive sponsor folder too. Apex handles website, email, events, sponsors, members, meeting minutes, and brand voice. The campaign composer drafts email + social + news in one shot. The website editor has 16 blocks tuned for clubs. Events sync from MotorsportReg. The integration is the point.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. The onboarding wizard walks you through site setup in 5 steps and hard-blocks the legally-required mailing address before letting you send. The website editor is iframe-preview drag-and-drop. The AI composer writes for you. If you can write a Word doc, you can run Apex.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays yours. Members export as CSV anytime. Your domain (if registered through Pro) stays yours and can be transferred out. Cancel during the 14-day trial and pay nothing. After trial, monthly billing — cancel anytime from the billing portal.
How does the MotorsportReg sync work?
Connect your MSR account once. Apex pulls your members, statuses, and event calendar automatically. Updates flow in on a schedule — events you publish on MSR appear on your Apex calendar within minutes. No double-entry. Apex doesn't try to replace MSR; it just makes the data usable everywhere else.
Can multiple officers use it?
Yes, with per-app roles. Treasurer can manage members but not the website. Webmaster can edit the site but not see billing. Admin sees everything. Invite officers through Launchpad — they get their own logins, no shared passwords.
What about email deliverability?
Out of the box, you send from a noreply@yourclub.apexsites.io subdomain that's already DKIM/SPF/DMARC-aligned through AWS SES. On Growth+, set up sending from your own domain — Apex publishes the DNS records and verifies them. The 5-layer unsubscribe stack handles Gmail one-click, SES bounces and complaints, and HMAC-signed tokens. CAN-SPAM compliance is baked in.
Is there a setup fee or migration cost?
No setup fee. We have importers for WordPress (via REST API), a universal page-scrape importer for any site (1 credit per page), and SCCA Membership-List and License Report CSV importers. The 14-day trial gives you enough time to migrate without paying anything.
What's the Sponsor Marketplace?
Sponsors discover your club at apex.wirings.io/sponsors and buy packages from you directly through Stripe Connect Express. Money lands in your bank, not ours. We absorb a 1% platform fee from the sponsor's gross-up. No more chasing invoices or wondering 'did we ever charge them?'
